Lawyer Ly Tran Linh is a member lawyer of SB Law and is the Head of Intellectual Property Department of the company. Before joining SB Law, Mr. Linh worked for NHQuang & Associates as a lawyer. Through working here, Mr. Linh has gained a lot of experience in providing legal advice in the field of establishing rights and enforcing rights regarding intellectual property matters such as patents, designs, trademarks and copyrights. While working at SBLAW, lawyer Linh continues to support many domestic and foreign corporations and companies not only in the IP field but also in the field of franchising and technology transfer.
